FusionX aimed to enhance their post-purchase customer experience. Their existing solution was limited, allowing customers only basic tasks such as registering for an account, updating details, and receiving tickets via email.

I led the UX and UI design for a new customer dashboard. This dashboard enabled customers to browse upcoming and past bookings, view detailed booking information, access and present tickets at venues, and manage their profile, account settings, and memberships.

Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, and the engineering team, I developed multiple user journeys, clickable prototypes, and UI designs for mobile and desktop. The result was a mobile-first experience that empowered FusionX's customers to complete a variety of tasks, significantly enhancing their post-purchase experience.
